NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 30 DAYS, PERIOD.

2.100% of onboarding must be completed

3.You must have joined the Private Facebook Community group

4.You must have joined the private Slack Support channel that was provided for you.

5.You must have purchased a phone number.

6.You must have launched a Workflow/Campaign (SMS, Email, Cold Call, RVM, etc.)
If all of these conditions are met upon refund request, your refund shall be granted, minus a 15% Inconvenience Fee.

ALL OTHER REFUND REQUESTS

Since Motion™ offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website.

However, if refund is requested within 5 days of initial purchase, a full refund will be granted for whatever setup fees and monthly subscription fees that may apply, minus a 15% inconvenience fee

Again, there are NO refunds for ANY Products or any of our services including the any setup fees that may be purchased unless otherwise stated during promotions.

There will also be NO REFUNDS for any funds spent on marketing including but not limited to funds spent on skip traced records, minutes(calls), emails, SMS(texts), sent or received, content AI, or phone numbers purchased.
